1. Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you are not satisfied with ReTrack within the first 30 days, you can request a full refund, no questions asked.

Eligibility for Refund
Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
Refunds are only applicable to the initial purchase or lifetime deal. Subscription renewals are non-refundable.
No refunds will be issued after the 30-day period has passed.

Provide your order details (order number, email used for the purchase).
State your reason (optional).
Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility.

 
2. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your ReTrack subscription at any time.

If you cancel a subscription before the renewal date, you will retain access until the end of the current billing cycle.
No refunds will be issued for partially used subscription periods or mid-cycle cancellations.
To cancel your subscription, follow these steps:

Log into your ReTrack account.
Navigate to the Subscription Settings page.
Click Cancel Subscription and confirm the cancellation.
 
3. Refund Processing Time
Once your refund request is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 working days. The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to reflect in your account.

 
4. Exceptions and Special Cases
Chargebacks: We encourage you to reach out to us first before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Most issues can be resolved quickly through our support team.
Payment Disputes: If you encounter payment-related issues, contact us at support@retrack.io, and we’ll do our best to resolve the matter promptly.
